Co-established College of Medicine education funding while a co-director of the College of Medicine Education Center
Co-designed the White Coat Ceremony at the end of the second year of training
Co-designed the Class Code of Ethics for beginning of first year of training
Co-designed the Society of Teaching Scholars at UF COM
Co-created medical education week and medical education banquet with recognition of faculty staff, and students.
Co-created faculty development program; first to include Jacksonville faculty via teleconferencing and using Starke as a learning site; only program that bridges between the two faculty groups. Co-Directed 4 cohorts of faculty in the master educators’ fellowship program (an eighteen month certificate program) at UF COM
Promoted and recruited faculty from other health science colleges to participate in the Master Educator Fellowship Programs.
Co-created the resident training programs as part of the college’s faculty development program
